When visiting the Great Smoky Mountains, one thing you will always notice, each year you visit, is the growth we build here. The city achieves this growth by working together and supporting local businesses from every aspect. Supporting locals is one thing the wineries and distillery along the Rocky Top Wine Trail pride over.
To produce the delicious Tennessee wines everyone loves to sip on during weeknights and days start from local farmers in Tennessee. About 80% of grapes and fruits come from local farmers in the area. Studies have proven that supporting local businesses have created communities to communicate better and grow strong together.
Below is a short clip of one of the vineyards we get a few of our grapes from, Sprout Spring’s vineyard. It’s a great video displaying how beautiful the vineyards in Tennessee are and how the grapes are gathered to bring to the wineries.
Farmers do work extremely hard to make sure their crops are well-taken care. Without their crops, we would not be able to create everyone’s favorite Tennessee wines.
We are very thankful for the farmers who work extremely hard to cultivate crops for the wineries to use and produce such tasty wines. We appreciate everything our community does for one another in order to achieve great growth in our economy.
